A day in the life of a full-time RV family
Hello all, I decided to give Shawn a break from writing today so hopefully you get through this post without falling asleep. 😉
Today was somewhat productive. I spent part of the morning in a sketchy neighborhood photographing a house for sale and the rest of the day doing laundry at my grandma’s (Nana) while visiting and editing and uploading the photos…which was so slow-going that it drove me up the wall…actually to McDonald’s…because their wi-fi is faster than my phone for uploading. It’s also faster than Caribou Coffee, which surprised me at first until Shawn reminded me that a lot of traffic will also slow the upload speed. I’ve learned a lot about technology being married to an IT guy for almost 11 years, but it’s definitely nice having a live-in Mr. Fix-IT.
Anyway, I’m rambling.
Paityn was “bored” as usual, but I took away the phone for most of the day in hopes that she would find something else to occupy her time…low and behold, she found Nana’s TV.
She does like to venture out to the backyard and spend some time with Mr. Branches though, (named as such by my cousin Alicen who spent a lot of time with him growing up), which I think Mr. Branches likes just as much as Paityn does.
There’s just something about trees that I love and this tree was just made for climbing.
So I decided to make these my snapshots for the day.
This tree is massive and gorgeous all year long, even without the leaves in the winter.
Oh man, I can’t wait to see the Redwoods in California.
Who knows when that Daily Snap will happen…
stay tuned if you want to find out. 😊
Thanks for making it to the end of my rambling!
